Our Belgian Pale ale is 5.1% using pale and Munich malts, with a hint of dark crystal for colour and flavour. We couldn’t wait to open the Harlequin and Jester hops for the English IPA, so we threw some of them in here as well! Fermented with WHC Dubbel Trouble at a cool 17c to limit the Belgian-style character, it’s the way an English bitter would be made in Belgium!
